Return Policy

We offer a return window through April 5th, 2025. Please email info@laduora.com for a return authorization. All returned products must be in new or gently-used condition. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price (minus original shipping). Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and returns should be processed through trackable common carriers.

For returns or exchanges,

  1. Pod Use: The pod should not have been used with any oil, serum, or non-recommended substances, as this can affect the functionality and hygiene of the device.
  2. Device Condition: The device should show no significant signs of wear, damage, or residue from external products.
  3. Packaging and Components: All original packaging and included components must be intact and returned with the device.
